The AFMA mobile application is your insurance at your fingertips. The application allows you to consult and track your insurance reimbursement files online, submit your questions and claims directly to AFMA, find and contact AFMA agencies throughout Morocco, at any time, wherever you are.

To fully benefit from all the features of the AFMA mobile application, simply create an account with your National Identity Card number and choose your password. By authenticating yourself, you gain access to your Insurance Space, which gives you access to several services:

• Health Insurance:
  • Check the reimbursements for your healthcare files.
  • Consult the list of your beneficiaries.
• My Claims:
  • Submit a new claim.
  • Track the progress of your claims.
• Need Help?
  • Contact the support service on our 24/7 hotline.
  • Find the addresses and phone numbers of AFMA agencies throughout Morocco.
• And also:
  • Update your contact details (address, telephone, email) in the "Profile" tab.
  • Find our articles and instructional videos on insurance.
